About the Role
Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned sectors and accounts.
Developing and executing a plan to achieve your assigned sales targets and expand our clients customer base.
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with motor insurers and fleets.
Collaborate with customers you secure to understand their business needs and objectives and identify further areas for business opportunities.
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations to potential customers in person and virtually.
Project management responsibilities ensuring completion to meet deadlines.
Attending meetings with the senior management team and other business stakeholders to report on and deliver business development opportunities and objectives.
Your Background
Significant knowledge of the insurer motor claims process and motor accident repair sector.
Proven new business sales experience and success, meeting and exceeding targets ideally in a motor accident repair environment.
Demonstrable experience, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
Ability to establish and maintain effective and productive working relationships at all levels.
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
High motivated self-starter with initiative, drive and enthusiasm.
Excellent diary management to ability to work to deadlines.
Full UK Driving Licence.
