About the Role

Set strategic plan for the business to ensure the implementation and onboarding of new customers is to the highest standard in the automotive industry.
Work closely with the wider project team to prioritise project deliverables.
Creating an atmosphere for fostering initiative, ownership and innovation to ensure the product and service offering is current and delivers the highest levels of quality.
Build relationships with the heads of multiple business departments to ensure all members of staff are working towards delivering a great customer service.
Identify and monitor all project risks and issues.
Represent the project brand at internal meetings with the board.

Your Background

2+ years of customer implementation experience, preferably within the automotive sector.
Experience working with UK based automotive fleet clients.
You have helped transform the implementation or account management function at organisations in the past and comfortable in project delivery work.
