As the business gears up for growth over the next year we're seeking a addition to the hugely talented National Accounts team to drive brand awareness and accelerate sales growth. This role isn't just about traditional account management —it's about crafting compelling category narratives that resonate with customers and consumers who share the same values.

About the Role

This role has a big part to play with this business and will play an integral role moving forward as they strengthen relationships with retailers and launch new products into the category.

As a National Account Manager you will be responsible for the discount retail channel which is experiencing immense growth. Part of the role will include working closely with the wider Commercial Sales & Marketing teams to launch new products to retail gain new listings and you will be fully responsible for P&L, promotion activation and joint business planning from cradle to grave.

Your Background

2 - 3 years of FMCG National/Key Account Management experience.
Ideally grocery, discounter or high street channel experience.
Prior experience ideally in the Food & Beverage space.
Strong new product listing experience
Category data analysis knowledge
Confidence managing P&L and forecasting
Being able to work autonomously but also love pitching in to team activities.
Demonstrated ability to execute results against objectives and meet critical deadlines.
