About the Role

Account Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with national and regional retail accounts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to meet customer needs and drive sales growth.


Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
Stay informed about industry developments and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.


Negotiation and Contract Management:

Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with key accounts to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships/JBP’s.
Manage P&L for customer account incl. Trade Marketing spend


Forecasting and Reporting:

Develop accurate sales forecasts and regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and account activities.
Utilise category data analytics to build selling stories and internal recommendations


Training and Support:

Provide training and support to retail partners to ensure a strong understanding of our product offerings and unique selling points.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional programs and materials to support sales initiatives.

Your Background

You will have 2-3 years’ experience in similar roles in fast paced ‘hunter’ type environments. We need an Account Manager to create and deliver sales strategy alongside the Head of Sales for across our 3 key channels of Grocery, OOH and Ecommerce. This role is for a proactive go-getter salesperson to deliver our mission and get our products into stores across the nation. You’ll need to grow, nurture and support a best-in-class multi-channel sales team, with ambitious KPI’s and strong culture.
