About the Role
Identify and qualify potential candidates to fill the companies’ live vacancies.
Work on site with our London based customers a day or two a week.
Own the telephone – using it to engage and consult with candidates at all levels across a the consumer sector. Phone calls will be your primary and preferred method of engaging opportunities alongside using LinkedIn.
Learn your clients’ businesses and work to explore and uncover talent to help them achieve their goals.
Work closely with our Co Founder to build and present valuable recruitment advice to our key accounts - in time learning how to develop these solutions yourself.
Develop trusted relationships with your candidates to retain their trust and grow your network.
Your Background
