Since 2013, Lyle has provided outstanding commercial & operational recruitment services to some of the largest FMCG start-up & scale projects around the world. Lyle’s deep industry understanding & detailed approach to the specific needs of clients and the subsequent work in identifying skilled personnel to work on an interim contract or permanent basis, has won him many recommendations from clients across EMEA and the US.

In his spare time, Lyle can be found trying to get his PGA Tour card, following Leeds United, and spending time with his wife, two young children and his Cocker Spaniel Dudley.
