Since 2018, Matthew has gained extensive experience managing talent acquisition projects for clients such as Hive, BT Group, and Bolt. He has also led recruitment efforts for SumUp and Incubeta, placing talent from junior roles to director-level positions across international markets. His ability to deliver high-quality results in fast-paced environments ensures clients' needs are consistently met with precision and efficiency.
 
At ECW Search, Matthew leads the Talent Acquisition and Partnerships function, driving recruitment strategies and managing key relationships across a range of sectors.
