Sam’s new role as Head of Delivery takes total responsibility for managing all candidate side relations across the FMCG & Automotive Divisions. Sam brings 5 years of recruitment experience across Sales, Marketing, Digital/Ecommerce, Revenue Growth & MS&P. He adds excellent talent management and resourcing experience to our team across several disciplines. He also brings with him a giant fun loving personality, an eclectic music playlist of mixed genres from Robbie Williams to Dizzee Rascal & Little Mix.
The position of Head of Delivery is pivotal to the future growth of ECW Search. The role will involve building out an entirely new function where Sam’s remit will be to hire, manage and develop our future superstars. This will ensure that we can continue to deliver on our future workload at pace, without quality being compromised.
